After a family feud, Janet goes out of the house, she shares with her older sister, Lara and their single mother, Maddie. She leads to the thirteenth floor of the city’s Detroit Apartment Building in Apartment 1303. A 9-year-old neighbor, Emily, explains to Janet that a previous occupant of her new apartment killed herself. Weird things happen in the apartment and when Janet appears to crumble at work, she worries that her boyfriend Mark is abusing her and blaming the scar on the sleepwalking.
Janet has been shaken by the strange events that are like to stay in the office late instead of returning to apartment 1303. She calls her sister, Lara, to ask if she could return home, but Lara informed her that it would be a bad idea for them. Mom mys is another “Drunk Crazy Rant” “Doing. Janet suggests going to a hotel but it is quickly rejected because Lara is not able to pay for it. Janet then calls Mark who is back in town and he agrees to call the goal. Later that night, Janet was woken up by strange supernatural elements in the apartment but unfortunately Mark is no longer around. An invisible ghost is janet’s lead to his depression and suicide. Her sister, Lara, later arrives to collect Janet’s belongings and begins to experience the same area.
