Movie Plot: Heather (Peta Wilson) is the head-lifeguard on a Malibu beach with her ex-boyfriend Shavez (Warren Christie), Doug (Remy Broadway) and Bar (Sonya Saloma). Also on the beach are Jenny (Chelan Simmons), a teen girl who is reluctantly cleaning the beach for community service when she got stuck in shoplifting, and Brian (Nicholas G. Cooper), Barb’s boyfriend who offers her. Meanwhile, in one stroke, the surviving fossils provoke a group of goblin sharks who start feeding swimmers along the beach. Shavez travels to a nearby house that is under construction and meets workers Colin (Jeffrey Gannon), who is Heather’s new boyfriend, George (Mungo McKay), Yanci (Renee Bowen) and Karl (Evert McQueen). A tsunami warning arose and Shavez returns to the beach, which saved Heather, who was sent to investigate some people after being thrown into the water by a shark. Doug and Barb evacuate the beach, and take refuge in the life-saving hut with Heather, Shavez, Jenny and Brian.
