Movie Plot: A year after the massacre on Lake Victoria by the prehistoric piranha, an eradication drive has left the lake uninhabited, and the city has been largely abandoned as a result of the drying up of the lake. Meanwhile, on Cross Lake, two farmers (Gary Basi and Klu Gulgar) search for water to recover the body of a dead cow. The eggs of piranha that are placed inside the egg of the cow, and the farmers are killed by the herd, but before they both die, a farmer comes out of the water, bites the head from one of the piranha and spits into the air before drowning back into the water.
Marine biology student Maddie (Daniel Panabaker) returns home to live in the waterpark in the summer.
