Movie Plot: The wealthy Le Domas family hosts the generations-long tradition of playing a game with each new addition with the family at midnight on the wedding night. In flashbacks several years ago, young Alex Le Domas and his brother Daniel Charles were witnesses to the murder of a man who has just married his aunt Helen.
Thirty years later, Alex – who has been separated from his family for years – returns to the Le Domas Estate to marry a young woman named Grace. While he is hesitant to go back, Grace is confident and eager to be part of his family. After the ceremony, Grace is told about the family initiation practice and meets with the rest of the in-laws. Alex, who participated in the tradition with Grace, is his drunken brother Daniel, his father Tony, his mother Becky, Daniel’s snowbish wife Charity, Alex’s drug-addict sister Emily, Emily’s wife Fred Bradley and Somber Helen, who are Tony’s older sisters.
