In the Southeast Asian country of Shaldu, Drug Lord-General M. Bison’s Army and Colonel William F. The civil war between the Allies led by Guille has sparked. Bison has not claimed the country by a number of A.N. Through rescuers and live two-way radio broadcasts, Guil demanded a ransom of 20 billion U.S. dollars in three days. Gilles refuses and vows to track Bison and keep him on trial for his crimes, but his assistant Sergeant Camie is able to indicate Bison’s location in the river-delta region, partly outside the city. A mortgage is Guille’s friend Sergeant Carlos “Charlie’s Blanca, who ordered Bison to take his imprisoned doctor and scientist, dhalsim, to his lab to turn into one of his supersolders. Although Charlie deviated badly from the process, Dhalsim secretly changes his cerebral programming to maintain Charlie’s humanity.
