To celebrate his upcoming wedding to Tracy Garner, Doug Billings asked his best friend Phil Winnek, Stuart “STU” Price and Tracy travelled to Las Vegas with brother Allen, Doug’s future father-in-law Sid in vintage Mercedes-Benz W111. They spend the night at Caesars Palace, where they relax in their hotel suite before celebrating with a few drinks on the hotel roof.
